Vibration can cause:

  • Loose screws/nuts.

  • The rotation of the wedged-shaped surface

Caution:

  • Both the hardness of the objects and that of the surface the fasteners to be fixed onto cannot be greater than that of washers.

  • Do not fix the fasteners onto the surface of non-metal, such as glass, wood, plastic, etc.

  • The assemblies mustn't rotate or slide.

  • Please fix the fasteners in the correct way. Then screw them again.

  • Please use electric tools rather than pneumatic or impact ones. Do not apply force after the products are fastened tightly.
