Carbon Steel: Grade 8.8 Screws, Grade 8 Nuts, Washers (S50C)
Instructions:
One TS nut is paired with one TS round washer, with the wedge side of the nuts facing the nuts. It is recommended that the pair be used with carriage bolts and ratchet screws. The screw end should be fixed and not rotatable. There’s no need to add objects such as nylon nuts, flat washers, adhesives, etc. For carbon steel, it is best to use grade 8.8 carriage bolts or grade 8.8 hexagonal ratchet screws.
The quality, plating and strength of non-TS grade 8.8 carbon steel screws are not guaranteed.
The surface plating of carbon steel is zinc-tin alloy, which has passed the 1,000-hour salt spray test, is not guaranteed against human errors or acts of God.
Regular electric tools will fit the bill. TS sleeves are only used for removal.
It is recommended to fix or remove the fasteners at low speeds, and make sure the sleeve is fully inserted before the tool is operated.
Please note that different materials may cause potential differences.
Fasteners are consumables and are not returnable or exchangeable after sale.
Fix the products to the recommended torque value. However, due to the difference in the material, thickness and strength of different brackets, the actual torque should be based on how to avoid deformation of the bracket being installed.
